Heel flipping toes off?

who here heel flips with there heel on the board and your toes hanging off OR who here Heel flips more like a kickflip style,,,with toes on the board and kick off?? and wich way is easier, like spins it faster

i heelflip with my toes haging off near the front bolts. and i get speed to help flip it

I flip with my toes hanging off. I think it looks and feels better (board goes a lot higher). If you're used to doing it the other way (I was once) then it'll flip slower, but that can just be fixed by flicking harder.

i go more like ollie r kickflip style, it helps with height

not if your not used to it. I mean, doing it kickflip style makes it flip a lot faster, but that can be bad, and doing it with your heel is a lot better in the long run.
