Heelflips!

so i was doin g kickflips and they were getting to be simple and so were pops and 180s so i went on to try heelflips...so i was doing them and after a few tries i was landing them perfectly on the wheel side of the board i landed one so far but can any one tell me a good way to get the FULL spin on the heel flip!! pleeze

iv tried harder but it just still doesnt flip or i get freaked out be the speed of the board and dont land on it
