Ok, so I was wondering if anyone had any tips about ollies to manuals or nose manuals. I can get the board on two wheels for ollies to manuals, but I can't seem to keep them balanced for more than maybe a second. I can't get the board into position for ollies to nose manuals at all. Does anyone have some good advice about trying either of these?

I get exactly the same problem, i land on the back wheels but i either scrape the tail or the front goes down.

scraping the tail is alright just make sure your front wheels dont touch or it doesnt count. Go with more speed and just balance, you really just need to practice. For nosemanuals put your front foot further up the board so it can go on the nose faster.

Dont try for big ollies at first. Me and my friends used to just tap our tails just a little so wed get a centimeter off the ground and manual. Find a manny pad those help. They wont be consistent, i still mesws up on my ollie manuals especially lately coz off all the haters.

Thanks for the help everybody, I put it to good use today. I can sometimes get into nose manuals now, though I still can't go too far. I tried putting my foot almost on the bolts, worked like a charm the first couple of times. Turns out I was pretty used to sliding my foot way up the board though, I slid my front foot off the nose, back foot landed on the tail and slammed the board into the back of my knee. Got to watch for those I guess lol. For manuals I can get into it every time now, I think the key is just locking your front foot once you get up in the air. My farthest I've gone is about half a parking space, I don't have access to a manual pad right around here, but I think I know where one is. But I digress, anyways, thanks for all the help everyone, I'll keep-a working on them.

Try this, gather speed to a comforatble level. While your rolling pop an ollie. While ur in the air let your back wheels land. First the second they land give a really slight push twoards the nose. Now the only thing to help you is balance. If you want to get good at balance get a balance board for $30. They help alot even for some grid tricks.

Alright thanks for the tip. Maybe I'll go pick one of those balance boards up this weekend.

ok im going to probly make a ollie manual help vid soon so look out.
But the easiest way is to ollie up but dont even out and be ready to suck in the pressure with your back foot. It should land on the back two wheels and the tail CANNOT touch unlike someone said before. if your having trouble i recamend setting up a tiny board maybe a couple cm's high and practise on that and once youve got that down pat try it on curbs.
