help! :(

ok, i usually play games on my computer, All of them have been working great until my friend burned me thug 2 so we can play online. Ive been finishing story mode but there is a huge problem. It always freezes up and i have to alt tab, windows button and ctrl alt delete to get out of the game and go back in to unfreeze it. It used to work but now it just stays frozen and i cant alt tab etc out. I closed all of my programs i dont need which is near the time in the corner of the screen on the start bar but still freezes, ive closed all my creens and programs even msn but still freezes. I think its because ive got too much processes open (ctrl+alt+delete). But im scared if i delete something, stuff wont work. 38 processes open right now. So what can i do so it doesnt freeze?

If the CPU Usage is at like 100% when you do ctrl alt delete, it's not the best. Also the way to be able to tell if you can end the process or not is if its under your username, instead of SYSTEM or LOCAL SERVICE.

Your comp may not be able to handle the game as well. It could also be a lag spike.

its on 7% lol. thanks :) oh and i leave my computer on but ive set after 20 minutes my monitor and disk drives turn off, is that a problem?

I shouldn't think so.. I think it might be the hardware inside of your computer.. Check out the system requirements and then see if the minimal match yours. You could also play with the settings in the game as in graphics and whatnot.
