sorry i dont know how to do one but umm
i feel like it goes like this
put ur back foot on the tail its ollmost like an ollie
and while you are sliding ur foot up you kinda slide it off the board

its easy to have your front foot in the middle of your board with your heel on the concave, and your backfoot slightly tilted on the tail, pop and push down on your foot and kick out as soon as you push down then suck your legs up, the board should follow up and then land on it, this wont come to you straight away but keep practecing and once you get it practice some more and soon you will master it and you can try it of curbs on quaterpipes and over gaps n stairs n every thing really
