okay, my two dream tricks have always been the lazerflip and the big heel. Since ive started skating ive always been better at heelflips than kickflips, since i learn heels first before my kickflips. My heelflips never progressed beyond varial heels and 180 heels, while learning 360 flips has been very easy. But, im stumped on lazerflips and bigheels.

My problem with this trick is the 360 part of it. i can 360 shov fine. But i can 360 fs shov at all. DOes anyone have any tips on how i can 360shuv fs quicker.?

Help please anyone?

thanks.

Get your fs 360 shoves down and under your legs. get them fast and moving good. Then dont flick out as hard but 360 shove harder than u ever did.

Since varial heelflip variations tend to spin and flip slower for me, and all of my buds, I'd reccomend trying it off of a curb, or 2-3 stair. The key is getting the pop (height) for this trick, and not so much spinning it. If you can spin the 360 shove, then you're pretty much set. If not, don't focus on spinning it super hard. You'll only end up with the board keep coming out behind you. Put a little extra pop, and some extra spin into a varial heelflip, do it off of something. You'll be amazed as you watch it spin your first 360 heelflip.

can you inward heel? you said varial -_- which is b/s but you want to get good at lazers which are f/s.

Um, no. Varial heels are f/s.

F/S 360 Shove-it + Kickflip = 360 Hardflip
B/S Shove-it + Kickflip = Varial Kickflip
B/S 360 Shove-it + Kickflip = 360 Flip

F/S Shove-it + Heelflip = Varial Heelflip
F/S 360 Shove-it + Heelflip = 360 Heelflip/Lazer Flip
B/S Shove-it + Heelflip = Inward Heelflip
B/S 360 Shove-it + Heelflip = 360 Inward Heelflip

i can already, fs shov, varial heel, inward heel, heelflip, fs heel, bs heel, and double heelflip. But that it. I can sortof fs bigspin, but i just fs shov and then pivot 180, but i cant actually 360 fs shuv.

B/S Shove-it + Kickflip = Varial Kickflip
B/S 360 Shove-it + Kickflip = 360 Flip

B/S Shove-it + Heelflip = Inward Heelflip
B/S 360 Shove-it + Heelflip = 360 Inward Heelflip

you do realize you diagram is completely wrong. It's the opposite

He doesn't have to, dumbass. If you know what frontside and backside are then you'd see it's goofy by looking at the picture.

A fs shove + a kickflip is not a hardflip. A Hardflip is a vertical varial flip.

mcwattersm

No your wrong. It rotates frontside, with a kickflip. It can be done beside you, between your legs, or underneath you. It doesn't make a different trick.

^^ Yup, some people consider verticle hardflips to be called 'illusion flips' as they dont really flip properly.

an illusion flip is an ollie to "nollie hardflip" if that makes any sence...
okay so you said oyu knew fs biggies by dong them with a pivot..try doing a varial heel then pivot
