Help needed is it a broken camera

ok liten up (or read up) ive got a samsung and wen ever i turn it on it sez C.EMG eject and when i press eject it meks a wirring clicking noise like sommink is stuck but ive opend it up and cant see anything any ideas

'The problem generaly relates to a mis aligned tape loading carrige...' found it off google. no clue what it means other then you put the tape in wrong or the heads in the camera are ****ed.

oo oo i know i know... it means that the dv clasp(the part that slides itself out) maybe has a loose bolt that is catchin something in its way out or it is not set in right
