umm you grab a 3/8th of an inch, socket or wrench, and use that to grab the nut on the underside. now you can either use a philips screwdriver or one of them allen keys, depending on what you have.
I have philips and i always seem to $@F^ the damn screw if i turn the screwdriver.
best way for me is to pust screwdriver and turn the nut with the 3/8 socket or even plyers.

Grab a skate tool, or if you don't have one, get a socket wrench and a screw driver. =P Good luck.

DUDE! DONT LOOSEN THE 4 SCREWS! they are for removing the trucks, and if you loosen them, they are prone to break more easily. loosen the kingpin; thats what its made for.
