Does anyone know how to stop the waterfall in Philly at the Love skate park in Tony Hawk's Underground Two?

there is no philly level in thug 2. Philly is in thps2 and you can shut the fountain off buy grinding the rail that goes over the fountain until you reach a building that has three valves. You have to ride over the valves to drain the fountain.

Go next to the 10-or so set. There is a 2 story building next to it. Get on the balcony. You will find a circular handle thing. Grind it (NOT A NATAS SPIN)
