skatepark closed: no more

You'll all be happy to hear that my skatepark is no longer closed. Just as I was getting some riders together to go complain, one of my neighbors said that the park was open and I felt stupid. There's some more time restrictions, but the police figured out that most of the graffiti was in skate wax, not paint. So the stupidity of John Law prevails and we get to ride again.
