Why aren't both sides of the board (tail & nose) even length? I mean, i want them both to be just like the long side with more concave, because i like that side as the nose (better turning) & it has good concave, so its good for the tail and the nose. Why arent they both just even?????

for one thing if you knew about how complicated it is of making a board and getting it to get pop in it and stiff glue lamination then well its hard lol well i use the tail for the nose and the nose for the tail because it gives me more pop. They make the noses bigger because it has more area so you can noseslide and nosestall with much more ease

Dude, she's saying why don't they make the nose and the tail the same length. You said you use your nose as you tail, and you tail as your nose. She's saying why don't they make them the same length (as the nose, like having a nose on both ends).

i dont know why, i guess if you think one end would work better than the other or something, shortys decks usually have pretty much equal noses and tails

Blind I ****ing know I was just saying that its good just the way it is and I use the nose as the tail and the tail as the nose. Ok Im very grumpy the way things are going right now and If you could see what Im going through youd think and feel the same way

well i would like them to be both just even, i like the side with more concave for the nose and the tail, it would be PERFECT that way, lol.

There are actually some boards like that, they're called "twin-tail". If you just go to your skateshop and ask to see some twin-tailed boards, they could probably help you out.

for one thing...if ur mad...u can really hold it in on the computer, u know? u have control over ur fingers on the keyboard. another thing is, most of us could care less about ur "horrible life" because we're here to talk about skateboarding and not about your "sad" life. u have control over what u say to people on the net, unlike in real life, so do not bring up such a lame excuse.

^^i was wondering whyall the old members were coming back....lol....arnt AWS or enjoi 'twin-tailed' ??
muzz16
08-27-2003, 12:30 PM
aws arent by a mile and enjoi arent either the reason the nose is steeper and bigger is to give your sliding foot a greater area to stay on when you are ollieing, flipping blah blah
i havent seen a twin-tailed board in England yet but thats just where i live maybe.

its because usually ur front foot is ur weaker foot so wen you need to nollie/ switch ollie blah blah blah u get more pop. its that simple. but yea i agree jus make them the same. if we can have more pop wiv one foot y not both. wont it make us all better?(slightly)

Both sides the same would be best because you wouldn't have to fuss about having your board the right way around and fluckin up
