Hi-8 film

Hello everyone. Me and a friend who I skate with have a bit of a problem. We record using his ghetto camera from back in the day, problem is, it uses Hi-8 tapes. We've been wondering if there is any way of getting the footage from the tapes to a computer, or a DVD, or even a video?!

Yeah, sort of. The camera I speak of isn't mine, so maybe the owner might be able to make some more sense out of it than I could.

get one of them cables or what ever and hook it up 2 your pc??? or take it to a video producing place ??? lol dunno aye...
