Could some1 tell me how to inward heel

i pretty much get most tricks but i dont get anywhere near this 1 ... can somebody give me some tips or vids or something on inward heelflips :D

Ill get a video later on but for now;

1. Put your footing like this: http://img95.imageshack.us/img95/6791/heels4lc.jpg

2. Pop you back foot pretty hard, same style as with hardflips. Push it behind you.

3. Simultaneously slide a heelflip up your board, but i sorta push it off the board and slightly down more, to encourage the board to flip.

4. Depending on how hard you popped it, it will either flip quickly and low to the ground or spring right up to you, you choice.

5. Jump forwards to catch the bugger.

6. Roll away.

These are pretty damn hard, like i said I'll post a video up on Monday, if you still need help (i'm going away for 4 days to Derby).
