Yeah whatever it's called :-1: I'm sure you know what I mean, an FS big spin with a heel in it... I be needing some tips on how to do one of these, it's just one of those tricks I really wanna learn. I find it hard to flip the board when I do the 360 shove it, and hard to do the 360 shove it when I do the flip. And any tips on how to stay with the board would be kool, as it goes behind me a bit... just like foot positions and stuff that would help me out as much as possible would be great. Cheers.

Other than remembering to use you back foot to spin the board and front foot to flip board I can't help sorry.

Jump REALLY high. This is a hard one and should be done going with speed. If it's done slowly the board shoots way up and makes it really hard to land. Some people do this better switch.

Thats all i know,

yeah, height is needed. its not really a trick that you can do lower to the ground, so pop and suck up to get your legs out of the way.

id suggest practicing the fs bigspin part, cause i think the little flick for the heel would be easier to add in than the actual spinning. maybe practice regular heel varials and stuff too. just work your way up, thats what id do.

It's a really cool trick but you have to be fairly big to do it on the ground. Small people can't really flip the board fast enough.

Yeah I figure that now. I have a friend who always talks about how difficult it is to do laser flips and such and how a lot of pros can't do them. But now I see that they can.

Alright, a big thanks for everyone's help, I've got 'em down fakie now, bit easier than doing it normal. Not my smoothest looking trick but I'll just practice it... and as for doing it normal, I'll get on to them next. Cheers again. :)
