Stay over your board and kick your heel straight at the board while it hangs off. Thats all I can offer.
Thanks,
Matt

No don't kick it...Roll it... Push down a little, but if you do it straight down, it's impossible to get it back up..The side of your board will get caught in your shoe, stopping it's flip... Think about it like someone doing the worm...except your foot's the person...Suck your legs up to...Most importantly, you need to remember to still slide...alot of time people don't flip it correctly because their board is simply just on the ground...good luck...

Try just ollieing from heelflip stance. Make sure you front foot's toes are hanging off the board (it helps if a little more of you foot is hanging off also).

Exactly. Remember you need more air time on heelflips then kickflips.

True that, so jump higher too. That's one of the main things.

This is what helped me a lot. ROLL your heel when it gets to the part where the concave and nose meet.

You get alot more air on heelflips than on kickflips.

Stick your heel over the board a bit more. Then slide up fast when you pop. Pratice ALOT, I had to pratice for about an hour in order to get them down pat. Just fool around an find whats better for you.

Flick your heel like you would for a kickflip it helps so much.

Mcwattersnfdi it took me about 5 min actually, I learned heelflips right after ollies, almost on accident.

The only two people who have actually said anything close to right on this thread ar Matt and Shad0w. Put you're feet in a regular ollie position. After you pop and the side of your foot is going up the board flick to you're right if you're regular, left if you're goofy, then tuck up your knees to your abs. Wah-lah! Nigga.
