Which is harder, a stationary ollie, or a moving one?

neither?
I'd say its harder to Ollie higher while stationary, and technically it would probably be harder to keep your balance or whatever on a moving ollie (say you were going really fast or whatever)

moving..The faster I go the slower I ollie :(

Stationary tricks are useless. So stick with the moving trick.

I find stationary harder...

yeah well its not completely useless, sometimes it helps to learn a trick stationary, then do it moving. For me, when Im learning a new flippy trick, I definitely like to be moving, just not overly fast, so I give a single push, let the board go for a second, then try it.

Same here.

Stationary ollies are easier but you do worse ollies. Moving ollies are scary if you can't ollie but this is how you should ALWAYS do them. No tricks should be done stationary.

Ollies are the same stationary and moving, you'll just be able to do it more smooth the fast you go. For flip tricks it's a lot harder to do it stationary.
