Hey guys, I have an old camcorder that doesnt have any computer pluggin options but I do have a tape you put the camcorder tape into and play on the VCR. I was wondering how you do the kind of editing where you hook up 2 VCR's and record from one tape to another..
Its sad i know but its the only way I have to edit...

i think you play one, and when u get to a part/trick u want on the actual vid, press record on the one that's not playing, and press stop when the part is over

Yep...designate one VCR as your "playing VCR". Either use Coaxial cords, or audio/video cords...put the outputs from that VCR into the inputs on the other VCR. Then, depending what you used (Coaxial - channel 3-4 (for me, at least), Audio/Video - Audio/Video channel...)...change the recording VCR to the channel that the footage is on...hit play, record...thats it. I did this a few times, it was OK...but I just hated the quality..so I threw that out the window. good luck.

It works better if you edit from ur camcorder i.e. standby and record switch.
editing from VCR to VCR will leave u with bluegaps in ur tape.
