5-0 is grinding on back truck, and it is ok to sometimes let your tail bump down.
Try a 180 to fakie overcrook then bigspin out.

Crooks are extremely dangerous on ralis. Some people are good at feables so I'd try those next. But if your up for it try a crook.

that's the whole point of skateboarding. besides, they really arent, on a flatbar at least. just try one, like kinda let your board get into it, and gradually keep trying it until you do it. just remember when you're getting off to kinda nudge the board off, like a little nollie, or your board will simply not stay with you. you wont get hurt or anything, you just will land on the ground on your feet instead of on the board.

When doing a lipslide, you have to ollie completely over the rail and land with your tail on the opposite side of the rail your riding towards.
FS Lipslide - sliding forwards
FS Boardslide - sliding backwards
BS Lipslide - sliding backwards
BS Boardslide - sliding forwards
Im sure you can find a video that helps you understand.

Go for 5-0s, noseslides, and tailslides. If you can only do BS Boardslides, then try it FS, too (or vice versa).
