if youy have a mac powerbook, it's iDVD. comes with the computer.

if you're on mac, its dvd studio pro. this program is VERY complex. you have to get a book for it, if you dont youll be so cluless. it takes you all the way to making games on dvd menus and easter eggs during videos.
