Truck Question.

I got new trucks today and put them on my board, They're royal's. I tightend them up and the were great when i was just riding. i tried to do a big ollie and i landed toe side and the board stayed there. It was on an angle, Like the trucks were just stuck like that. And they were. I jumped back on and leveled it out and it rode normal but when i lean to much to the side it stays like that. Can someone tell me why this is. And is it just because they're new and will they settle in or do i need to do something new to them.

I have...never heard of that problem before. Try getting new bushings; hard ones.

Nah, found the problem. The stupid skate shop has given me the wrong sized nuts and they have cross-threaded the king pin and its screwed. My dad will go in to his work tomorow with them and get them fixed.(he works at one steel). so yeah, he can get people to get the right sizes as well. So they'll be good for tomorow. But ill have to use my crappy venture trucks ive got....

well i cant really tell you much about them because i havent use them before....

But when i was pulling them apart i place the hanger down and it balanced perfectly no matter how many times you did it. But they probably should do that. My dads gonna get them fixed for me today... So ill skate on the this arvo and tell you what they're like.

After skating my royals a while i found i had the same problem but it goes away after a while.
