I dont really like the nike make so i dont get them, but zoom tre's are like 90 bucks. I prefer the troopers.

nike is only out to commercialize skateboarding and make it like basketball. fallen is down for the cause and is staying true to skateboarding.

I had 2 or 3 pairs of troopers, can't remember....but they were good shoes. Very durable. Not too bulky. I haven't skated any Nike shoes, but I would still say the Troopers out of those.

god damn what the hell is wrong with nike. i mean how often do you see a nike ad for skateboarding? i guarantee its no more than you see an adio or etnies ad. and have ne of you ever skated nikes? those of you who hate nike so much anyways? there frickin awsome and my dunks where prolly one of the best shoes ive skated. and for those of you who say nike's just in it to make money.... NO SHIT! thats wat a company is for!

i honestly see nothing special about emericas. my francis shoes were horrible. they ripped fast, had no padding at all, and couldnt slip them on, which wasnt that big a deal, i just didnt like it. go with osiris, lakai, or fallen, that's what i say.

i skated dunks.. they were okay, but WAY too slippery for what i like. so.. a lot of it is personal preference. and you cant judge a company by one shoe.. like, id probably like classics and FCs, but ive only had dunks.

but.. yeah.. if youre just judging it on the fact that its nike.. thats dumb. their shoes are no worse than any others.

Go with fallens. I've never tried any nike skate shoes, but fallens last a hell of a long time :)

i love fallen troopers but ive heard that the nike skate shoes are awesome...i might get a pair of nikes next..who cares if they arent that known...a lot of unkown shiz is awesome.....nikes but troopers were one of my fav shoes...try em on choose the one thats most comfortable to skate in
