A lot of the people on this forum have just started skating, and have yet to really learn much about it, much less filming, so most people on here probably dont know what century optics is. For this reason, a topic like this isnt gonna get a lot of participation compared to the one on skate perception.

you're talking to yourself.... on a message board... no one is making you stay, but you do contribute about a third of the filming information on here, so you being here is helpful. theres nothing really here for you to learn from, so if thats what you're looking for you are in the wrong place. The reason you would stay is if you're looking to help some other people out and share your knowledge.

That's pretty lame if that's true (about the 3ccd thing). It sounds like a bunch of douches who think having a good camera makes them a good filmer.

im the 74th member on sp. and also, everyone who knows their shit on that forum is gonna be a dick because we're all sick of people asking questions to stuff that was posted right above it..
and the number chart works, his tripod was tilted, use a phone, there is also no need to compare a mk1 to mk2 its known the mk1 is wider then the mk2 thats why people buy mk1s and mod them for their 2_ks

Yea I looked up some stuff on their forums and everything seemed cool to me. Of course I did browse right past the "omg new 2 filming wut cam shuld i get???????????????//" and "wuts a good angle 4 filming?????" threads.

um sp is for very more advanced filmers ppl that are more serious wiht filming.. and btw so many ppl on sp have one chips i can't even get started. the only thin they are dicks about is if your not using anything mainstream... which is lame. and the only reason i am anrgy is that ppl never ever check anything on this site its the exact same questions over and over again.. although theres nothing for me to lear on this site i want to help all the uprising filmers to better videos and knowledge ofr what there getting into... yeah
