manuals and feebles

how do u make manuals go far??? i can get the wheel up about two feet and stay hangin for about 2 seconds but i cant stay up for my life!

and also can someone help me with feebles?? anything will be appreciated

well manuals I'm not to good at either I can make about 3 seconds it's just about learning better balance.

Feebles however I know so...

What you have to do is start toward the rail and jump up like you're doing a 50-50, but simply land your front truck a little over the side of rail and then just slide it out, that's about the best advice I can give.

haha...SIM, this is the BMX section!

for manuels...they just take a really long time and a lot of practice, its all balance control, use your knees to shift your weight, i find it easier to keep my back straight when i pull up so that i dont lean left or right.

for feebles...
email me and i have a pretty detailed trick tip, it was supposed to go on the site but steve hasnt put it up yet, its got pictures and videos...so...ya' know.
