i just bought some 54 mm all star rictas the other day and i found them less than sastisfactory, i guess they are on the harder side b/c when i tic tackied they had less grip on the pavement and i kept falling off. also it was very hard to insert the bearings by hand, they also had marks in them from riding for only a few minutes, my driveway did have some sticks and brush on it, my old wheels were 52mm 98a blanks and i think im going to get rid of my $30 rictas and go back to my blanks, these were supposed to be some of the best skateboard wheels u can buy and they didnt do so well, has anyone has a similiar experience with these wheels or if they have anything to comment it would bge most appreciated

1. put the bearing on a truck axle.
2. put the wheel on, and apply pressure, and they will lock in.

Not to sound like a butthole, but... Ricta All-Stars are made with 83B urethane. That is hard.

do they feel good? do they flatspot easily? i do a lot of powerslides, like not necessarily a powerslide, but like a back 180, just in the air i spin a 90, and powerslide the rest.

ya i looked at that and did the math, the ricta outside is 100.2A and the core is a extremely hard 171.6A!, so i put my 98A blanks back on 2day and i was going around on my driveway and i had the feel i like, so to all the readers RICTAS OWN, just not if u like crusiing like me so i know in the future to get a slightly softer then 100A wheel, maybe ill change over when i get more technical... thnks for the comments guys
