at my local skate shop, they're selling these (http://www.manlyblades.com.au/main_itemdetail2.asp?cat=skateboards01&item=bonessuper&intAbsolutePage=2) and These (http://www.manlyblades.com.au/main_itemdetail2.asp?cat=skateboards01&item=bones001&intAbsolutePage=1). if I buy a set, what changes will I have to make to my skating? and will it 'improve' my manual? (I noticed that when my bearings are faster I can manual for longer..) and in general, do they last long (before cleaning AND their life time) and are they worth it?
thanks for your time - David

I dont get it, why do some people like the 6 balls while others hate them?
ok pretend you have to walk across some muddy grass or whatever...
the mud= friction...
your footsteps=balls
less footsteps=less mud on thier feet=happy person with less friction on thier balls.
more footsteps=more mud on thier feet=unhappy person with more friction on thier balls!!
thats what its suppose to mean i guess.. less friction and heat from 6 balls vs 7.

THIS ONE WAS BETTER because it also has a labryinth sealing. It's also cheaper. But you've already bought it. So enjoy it. And please use the spacers and clean them when needed.

yeah, 40 AMERICAN dollars.... $1 AustraliA= 75c USA.... so the $100 bearings are 75 US dollars.
HOLLEY MOLLEY! thats still almost double the price, and to think; we have some American arseholes complaining about the price or Swiss bearings and buying reds.... LOSERS!!!! :-P Australian money.... what can I say?

id say go with some rush bearings cheap and fast
they have abecs 3,5,7, and 9
along with the boomer, hybrid ceremics and full ceramic bearings the full ceremics at my local shop are around 30 dollars and the rush9s are about 17 dollars or so
compare rush to bones,
difference is rush is cheaper
thats what my local shop said
