Does Anyone Know How To Do That If So Can You Please Teach Me I Must Now I'm Tired Of This Fuked Up Quality And I Have Seen A Couple Of Kids Have Quicktime Vids And It's Like Perfect Quality !

get quicktime pro, you can compress videos right off of it.
