Bring an extra shirt. If you wear the same sweaty shirt for a day youll get a salt rash and itll hurt when you sweat until it goes away.

I normally bring an Mp3 player, and I have those headphones that Ican put around my neck so I can hear the music, but they're not on your ears so I can still talk to people.
And bring water. Lots of it. And money. To buy water if you run out and there's no water availible near you.

When I say park I mean a slab of concrete the city declared our skatepark with rails and a ramp all made by skaters brought up to the park. So we would be lucky if their was a hose nearby.

I usually bring $20, a undershirt, and 2 boards. There's a shop in my skatepark so **** you all.

1) Bottle or two of water
2) Money in case there's a shop
3) Extra shirt
4) Towel
5) A wrench and shit (never know what could happen!)
Is that your first time at the skatepark? If so, have a great time bro and hope you learn some new stuff!

No its our local "skatepark". Basically the city made a slab of concrete and we had to bring up ramps and rails.

I always take my mp3 player, a extra shirt, water, and money to get something to eat and drink when i run outta water. Plus bringing a extra board isnt a bad idea i go through a board bout every 2 weeks and sometimes not that long. Btw skating all day f'ing rocks man i love doin that when i can

Gatorade will help your endurance a little, but you're gonna be soooo tired dude. I can't go skatin for 4 hours in the summer..

I already skated from 7 to 12 but when I came home my parents decided that I couldn't skate from 12 -4 unless it was somewhere in the shade.

I skate more than 4 hours pretty much every day. Just bring a couple bottles of water, an extra shirt, and a wrench. If there is a faucet or hose nearby, you can refill the bottle of water. And bring like 1/4 or 1/2 of one of those huge subs you can get at walmart for 5 bucks. Those are delish, filling, and healthy.

Subs are like my favorite food. It's the only fast food I'll eat...if you can call it fast food.

Youve never skated all day? O man i remeber the last time i did that my friends all had energy at the end of the day and i had none. after you land something sit down youll lose energy quick. Bring a couple of bucks for an X-treme GULP, and 2 roastbeef sandwiches two ice creams a medium frie and 2 cokes.
