asking questions to a skate company?

I wrote to like, 3 Australian skate companies and some dudes in the Netherlands and got replys at max the next day (usually within 3 hours though) wtf is with NHS though? I wrote to krux and Independent asking simple things. wouldnt it be better for business if they answered my shit (I'm buying Kewday decks and cortech wheels for a loong time since they bothered to answer my shit)
what is it with NHS though? is it just that they cant be ****ed? has anyone ever got an answer from their email address?
