I was thinking of getting (either but ONLY) thunder lows OR krux III's.
2 questions
1. how does being closer to the ground help you get more air? and
2. if I've problems landing heelflips with Independent trucks, would it be easier with lower trucks?

thanks for youu're time-David.

They help get more air because its quicker pop which means more power.

I find that low trucks make shuvits much easier. In my opinion.

I have indys and my friend has thunders, and I think its much easier to heelflips on his board then mine. I dont know if its the deck or the trucks though.

heelflipping isnt related to your trucks. sometimes you just have problems.

the difference.. highs are about.. oh, maybe a cm higher than the lows. and they have clearance.. lows dont. the top of the nut/kingpin is right at the level of the hanger.

youll get used to either one. theyre both good.

Personally i ride lows and have never ridden high trucks. I dont know first hand what the differnece is but ing general i think that low trucks allow for more techinal skating where high trucks are aimed at the opposite.

aight.... I bought some thunders (I think they're lows coz they're lower than my Independents) and they dont turn.... my Independents turned when I got them, whats with that :-s
