when to get new trucks

when do you guys usually get new trucks my are pretty worn down but not broke or anything and i have the money to buy new ones. when do you guys usually get your new ones.

Damn, why do you get new trucks if you are able to ride the ones you have currently fine? You just want that nice paintjob? Wait until they snap, it'll save you money in the long run. :)

until they break, wear down enough, i dont like them, or when i just feel like getting new ones. but i know what i like, and i stick to it, so i always like the trucks i have.. so its up to breaking or wearing down enough usually.

^ yep, whenever they break, the axles get too bent, or when they're just pissing me off. but if you want new trucks then go for it.

I get new ones when they too much or when i need every other part to my board and then its just more worth while to get a complete.

I just replaced my green 1992 indys so i guess, umm every fourteen years or so.

i had a pair of ventures for about 2 years...i had to change the bushings..but then they wore down a lot and like molded the kingpin to the bolt and stuff so i couldnt loosen up or tighten em..and they were so worn down...so yea when they wear down...or break...unless i have the money for a complete which i havnt had a new complete in like 4 years.ha

i havent gotten a new pair in 2 years, and it's not a good choice. i usually get a complete for xmas, but this xmas i decided not to. bad idea. ive been living off a collection of old trucks, at the moment i have some random ass bushings, destructo bases, and old venture hangers, and lucky me, the kingpins stick out!
