My AWS was a 7.625...my new Baker is a 7.75...I don't feel a huge difference...but I think I like the smaller better.

7.5 is comfortable for me but it matters on the person.

I love wide boards. My AWS now is really small though. 7.5 or 7.6. I have adjusted to it though. Normally my boards are atleast 7.75. For the most part my boards are size 8 because they feel so much more comfortable and seem easier for me to skate. It really is all a matter of preferance though. Some people say the size of your foot matters what size board you ride. I wear a size 10 and I prefer bigger boards. Unless your foot is size 5 or smaller it doesnt matter.

well, smaller boards will flip easier. because theyre smaller. its a fact. however, the smaller, the less sturdy/etc. and just cause its "bigger" doesnt mean its harder to flip.
8 is the smallest i ride, but most of the time i ride up to 8.25.
almost a regula
