I would hate homeschool but I also hate my school. They have a page with my picture and it tells about me so the school can check up on me at school. THIER STALKING ME!!!!

Home school is indescriboniously better than public school. In my case, at least.

I would have hated to be homeschooled. Social life anyone? There is so much more learned in school than the material they give you in class. You would be missing out on so many experiences and opportunities. I feel sorry for anyone who is homeschooled.

What are you taking about? He has Ramprage for social life.

I'm in home studies. I went into it after two years of high school. I go into "school", which is really just a room in a stripmall between a Subway and a hair salon, on Mondays and Wednesdays for one hour to turn in the packets and take the tests. I got some of the high schools experiences and found them to be horrific. I have a great social life outside school, with playing shows with one of my four bands or going to other bands' shows.

I've been home schooled my entire life, and yet I have a great social standing (outside of RampRage, of course;)). There's no waking up at 4am, no homework, no bullies (unless you count older brothers), and none of the usual bullshit a.k.a. high-school drama. I :-15: homeschool.

Home schooling has unlimited potential. I read about this girl who was home schooled in Britain. By the age of 15 she had 6 A-levels and had enrolled at Oxford Uni. She pulled out though. I can understand why.

I got to college anyways.

I was home schooled all the way up to 8th grade...and I have to say, I think I would have learned so much more had I continued home schooling throughout the rest of my school career. It's crazy too...because your school day is about 1/3 of a public school day (like 3 hours) and yet home schoolers are so much more advanced in their studies then public school kids.

I think home schooling has some definate advantages but the Social Skills you learn at school are every bit as important. I don't mean like your missing out on any activities or stuff like that, I mean how to interact with others in positive and productive ways. I would have dug home school myself though, I live for more time to screw around.

I used to be home school and also went to public school as well. Home schooling is fun because to me it seemed like there wasn't a lot of pressure. Like you can wake up when you wanted (at least for me that's how it was) and you got to do your work and all. Then since you had most of the day to complete your work, you still had the rest of the day to hang out with friends, watch tv, skate, etc.

I would not want to be homeschooled. I don't think i would know any of my friends if i were homeschooled. And ,no offense or anything, but most homeschooled kids i've met were kind of wierd. Like really sheltered kids, who's only friends are their siblings.

yeah but those kids are very sheltered , i ahve a friend named nick whos a hardcore geek hes jsut about the only geek that i liked to hang out with(watch out for these guys though... he once almost converted me into one)
i want to convert him into a skater... the first step is converting him to christian and making him build a strong relashionship with christ(christianity is the only thing that kept me from becoming a hardcore geek, theres a lot of pagan crap behind it, it kills religion) then he will give up the very base of his geekyness(lol)
then i will introduce him into the modern day media(outside of g4) then he will cave, not having much friends, and with me being his best, he will have to cave.

converting people is really simple when you know as much about what he does that you know about what you do.

Bullies hardly exist.

I would hate to be homeschooled, usally during the year I find myself not minding going to school so I can be with my buddies.

No kidding bullies are only around when you're in like grade 3. By grade like 8 most people are matured enough not to bully.

Really, I just must have an imatture class because I have been picked on since 3rd grade but I just got to the point where I don't care and tell them to shut the F*** up. It definetley helps me out in my skating though because if I have a bad day at school I just hop on my board, cruise around, and learn some tricks. I'm smarter than all of them anyway.
