help with an annoying friend

my friend lawrence gets me seriously into skating again, but i have problems with him.
1.he doesnt know how to act with a friend, he thiks he can do whatever he wants in my house if he wants eat some food he will get somefor himself without permission like it was his own house.
2.he never wants to skate, everytime we go out skating 10 minutes later we are doing something completely different.
3.hes younger than me and i get annoyed.
4.i never once called him a friend(im talking about directly to him) he just started coming over.
5.he brings his dog everywhere, this is not a good things since we have a very old cat who we want to keep alive as long as we can
i dont know how to tell him that were not friends, this kids life sucks im probably the only freind hes had in the last 4 years, i dont like the feeling of rejection and ive been rejected enough to know that he feels it too. crap and i usually prefer to skate with someone else who i can just hang out with, i had lots of these in marysville we hung out and skated we didnt care how good we were we just skated and had fun, everytime we did something wede share the experience(crap i miss my old life). how do i tell this kid that i dont want to hang out with him,(no violent answers id rather not be attacked by his huge dog wich they got to protect there animals)

If you tell him how you feel about the things he's doing wrong, he may change his attitude and just mellow out. If someone was doing something i didn't like, i would tell them. 9/10 they'll stop doing it and you can be cool with them. I would see if he can be an alright guy before just completely fuc|<ing him off.

kind of reminds me of a kid i used to know. I was just skating around my neighborhood one day, and he was like, "Hi, you like to skate?" so we just started talking about skating and then i was like, "I'm going to go home" and he was like "I'll go with you". anyway, for the rest of the summer, he would randomly show up at my house and want to hang out. It would have been cool, but he was super annoying. Anyways, i moved away, and i never told him i was moving. I feel kind of bad though because he didn'y have many friends :( . Don't be a dick to him, just teach him how to act, that's what i wish i would have done.

I read the first sentence and burst out laughing. After reading the rest i know who to come to if i need to propperly "get rid" of someone who is annoying :D . Anyway I would just suggest flat out laying down what is going to happen. Tell him he needs to immediately change or he wont be able to come around anymore, and if you listen to just_skate and skateblank he'll be dead and rotting in a sewer. Explain that you would prefer your cat alive so he can not bring his dog any more. Also tell him that he has got to lay off on coming over every day, and when he does he must ask before he goes pilaging though your fridge. Also considering you want to skate tell him that you guys are skating and if he doesnt want to he can leave.

Thats wierd. I have mate that i skate with named lawrence to and the first 3 points are exactlly him. What annoys me about him though it his attitude when we go skating. He brags about how good he is but wont do anything when we go skating. He lies all the time and is the biggest pussy on this earth. He will turn somthing as simple as a splinter into this hugly overdramtic thing as a way to get out of skateboarding. Sorry i am starting to ramble.

Mabey just drop subtle hints to him or just stop being avalible when he wants to hang with you. This will hopefully give him time to find someone else to leech off.
