anyone else here have a little sibling that sorta skates (i mean really young).
Lately my little sister has been getting better at controlling the board and shes only 4 years old :D. she can push and put both feet on and roll down out drive way, she can hop on with both feet, and she can tick tack (well sorta she doesnt move and the tacks are small but whatever). but the fact is shes only 4, and she's trying to learn to manual, although she falls alot its still fun to watch.
anyone else here have a really young sibling that skates along with you when your practicing at home? and do you think if she continued to skate alot she could become really good?

haha girly. Well I have an older sister (like 9 years) and she doesn't skate. My friend kaleb has a little brother who isn't too bad at skating. Hes been skating 2 or 3 years and hes only 9 or 10. He kickflips 5 sets and does some pretty big things but he is so miniature. Its kindof cool.

I am the younger sibling, my brother was amazing, like he was really good ollied this massive nine kickflipped an oversized 5, could to bs boardslide on handrails. He could kickflip further than he could ollie so kickflipped everything before he ollied it.
I always sucked, Skated with not so good kids and never got into it, he took me to the skatepark a few times thats pretty much all he let me skate with him, finnally i got good and he pretty much gave up he skated with me for a few minutes one day he did switch heels. Dont be a dick help them out, my brother wasnt a dick and he didnt help me out, but Thats what got me good, Its like because he didnt teach me i taught myself it helped greatly he was also self taught which got us better maybe one day ill skate with him.

my little 10(?) year old step-brother said the other day, when i was talking to my dad about skating, that he wanted to be a skater, but he couldn't do anything. So me and my dad laughed at him, but not in a mean way, and told him that he never practices and thats why he can't do anything.

I kind of wish i had a little brother who skated, but i think a little brother might get annoying. My only sibling is my older sister who is stupid and doesn't like skaters.

My twin (thats right i have a twin), started skating before me. He couldnt do much though. Infact, nothing. But he was bombing a hill and broke his leg (on the phemur, the largest bone in your leg(sp)).
He's never touched one again and for some twisted reason, i became obsessed with the sport.

Lmao, your brother breaks his femur and you start to love the sport. Twisted mind. j.k.
My brothers 11 and he tries to skateboard. Keyword there - tries. I'd help him but I'm not all that good either seeing as I only got my board yesterday. If he decides to get a skateboard I'll try to help him out but I can't see him deciding to get a real one because he's into stuff like online video games more than sports. I'm into sports and MMO's but more into skating.
But yeah, Stevo, I think that you could probably teach her sometime at home. Just get her to come outside and try to teach her an ollie. It'd probably be a little bit better if she's older so she can understand the mechanics of the whole thing but you never know.

I'm lucky, me and my younger brother skate together all the time. I'm 14 and he's 12. It's really great having a brother to skate with.

It would be awesome to see a four year old girl ollie. You'd probably have to get a small board for her though, i don't think i could ollie a board about as tall as me.
