How much wax do you guys put on curbs or ledges before you grind them? I've waxed my curb about 5 times and still get stuck when I try to grind on it. And I sure that my trucks aren't the problem. I have tensors and I wax them sometimes too. I've seen videos of pros and the ledges they grind on look sometimes look like part of them is made of metal. I wonder how they get them like that?

it has to be a decent ledge, like no big dents or anything.

And dont expect it to just slide. Put your weight on and into the grind

make sure it's a smooth curb, and if it's painted, that's even better.

I would try to grind curbs. You can put about £100's of wax on and they wont grind. Try and get some scrap wood and some angle iron and make a small grind bok with the angle iron on the side. A little bit of wax and it will be perfect.

It is smooth. But it's not painted.

I have a box, but it's too high for me to ollie up for now.

Gotta melt it and shit man. Just keep working it in.

I asked my mom if I could do that. She thinks it might work.

Bro, it's all about layers and time. To work in a new spot, you might have to wax it for 20 to 30 days for a bit. The sun will melt the wax in, and it will smooth out the concrete. Then, once that melted shit hardens, you layer with more wax. Keep on trying. What I usually do is, start with regular candle wax, make a thick layer of it for a few days, let it set, then finish it up with Ledge Butta. Good times.

Wax it once, roll up grind the curb hop off. The curbs around here have been waxed over 100 times over 5 years not once waxed in a year. new ledgeds and curbs will slide its all commitment.

well it depends how the curb is built i guess. if its painted thats good lesser wax.

if there like grains on rocks in it that like stick out like where i live. then its nearly imposible.
