Ok.. this is what happened. I was with my friend adam and we were chatting on msn, then suddenly the computer freezes. We waited for about 15 minutes then i decided to restart the computer. Then when the windows xp green/blue loading bar is moving it just stayd there for about 20 minutes. Then i tried it again, and again and again, it didnt work. I pressed F8 at the start and went to "log onto windows cp using the last settings that worked" or something like that. Then the green/blue loading bar showed and stayed there again. I found this thing on the microsoft help thing which said if ur windows xp didnt show the log in box and it just restarted, it said to do all this stuff. But it didnt give that much help since i was confused on what to do after when u put the windows xp cd in. I tried the system restore thing back to 2 days back and it didnt work either. Now i cant go onto windows xp anymore. I can only stay on my sisters computer when she isnt on it and i can only go on safe mode which im on now (which is probably bad for the pc). Pweez help

Eh I can't really understand you but try this. Start, My Computer, Right Click C Drive, Properties, Tools, Check Now. And run a virus scanner. Either that of just back up all the things you want to a CD and uninstall and reinstall windows. Why don't you sign up on a computer forum? I doubt you will get much help here, I can't figure it out unless I have the computer infornt of me.

I think this happened to me before. When the computer starts up, start pressing Ctrl+alt+delete alot. If this doesnt work, go call HP and let them send you these 10 discs.

I love you too. Yeah, I've taken a few computer courses so it kind of helps.
