The designer I hired to code the new template for the forums is majorly slacking. It was suppose to be ready last Friday and he's not half way done. So things were pushed back and we ran into some more technical trouble with the new script (for site not forums) as well.

Ok so that latest now is the designer is a reject from hell. After being over a week late on the due date, the work is incomplete. He half assed the forum coding so its messed up in IE for anyone who checks it EXCEPT him. he says its an issue on my end and he doesn't know....... I had 3 people online check through MSN and they all confirm the coding is busted in their IE browsers.

So now we have a new forum skin that's not working in IE but it works in Firefox.... great wtf did I hire this idiot for? he should have stuck with bake sales, or sewing or making yelllow snow angles.

I'm super pissed at this kid and ready to go AWAL on him. Anyway he basically quit the job and told me to hire someone else.

I appreciate the offers of help guys, but I managed to find a new coder on short notice and he claims it will be completed by Wed. - the forums anyway. (the new forum design had to be coded into vbulletin a second time because the first guy messed so bad)

The rest of the new site still has bugs because of customizing issues which are still being worked on by a different person. This doesn't have to be re-coded, its just being customized still and tweaked.

Things are still moving forward - never fear!
