Thats such a flame of this whole topic. People are all talking about their fav. songs on the cd and you say the album just sucks. Maybe you could tell us why you think it sucks... (bad guitar, bad vocals, stupid lyrics, off queue) instead of just flaming the whole topic.

Uh yeah excuse me but the album in my opinion isnt good. I dont like the lyrics and the vocals theyre wierd I'm sorry I shouldnt have said it sucked. One song isnt too bad. Flesh into gear is awesome though.

c.k.y. is an mtv freindly try to be death metal band from what i hear.

from what i know they hate mtv, they are just trying to get their music out, theres nothing friendly about issues of suicide, extreme loneliness and realisiation that the world around us is fake, but no one knows anyone about the band itself, just that they play on jackass and cky, if you read their bios youll learn that they are not mtv friendly, as for the death metal thing, they have elements of death metal but they dont claim to be, you cant put a lable on that band, they are not a certain type of music, they have a very unique sound, like sublime had their own sound

I suppose you're right. But they are a trend anyways. If they werent you guys would have no idea who they are. Do you guys know who carcass, mortician and bolt thrower are? Chances are you don't because they arent a trend. Issues of morality and chaos in the musics lyrics mean nothing. I doubt thats how the band feels. I'm not badmoputhing any of you for liking them, actually i'm glad you do. The real death metal is not for people looking for a hobby. Its for people who feel the music, and people who hate other people and so forth. I got into DM just like most people did, looking for something fast and heavy and eventually i became part of the western DM scene. Play your own music, I urge everyone to play music just like all of you skate. Everyone has musical talent they just havent found it yet.
