i been watching the video's at http://www.bobstricktips.com/ and well the Front side 180 No-Comply has caught my eye.

and well i been practiced but i am having some trouble with this move big time.

i almost got the board doing the whole 180 turn but i can't seem to step off the board and then be able to jump up to complete the move.
When i am just about to step off the board the board wants to pop strait up or well pop way to fast and not allowing my front foot to step on the ground to jump up.

a reletively easy trick, it just takes some time to get used to popping it and the step off timing. just practice the stepping off with kind of a jump thing while you pop with your back foot. the pop is pretty much making it do a shove and then you just follow it around with your back foot and jump back on and your good to go. just practice and you'll get it.

Try just standing and popping it and jumping on it. Then just add the motions. It's basiclly all practice, and if you can FS 180 cleanly, it should be pretty easy.

Who the hell is this 'bob'. I saw his picture and he is one fatty. I just want to get into a fight with him or something. That homo.

just start to practice the 180 frontside with just your board and one foot. (so front 180) and when you get good at that start puttin it in with a body rotation

pop it FIRST, turn/scoop it around when its in mid-pop, jump up onto it and stomp it down. try it on a bank.
