ollie to nose manual

Does any one have any help on ollieing into nose manual?

Also on switch/nollie kickflips and heelflips how do you stop it from doing like a backside shove it?

Dont ollie to high. If you do, when you come down to land in nose manny, the force pushing down will stop you from balancing. Try having your front foot on the bolts area.

Switch heels, keep your back straight.

Front foot over front bolts, ollie, 'over-levelout' a tiny bit and just land in a nose manual.
