Recently, I've lost my varials, now my tres! What the hell is going on?

I started working on BS Heels, FS FLips and other stuff. After I got BS Heels, I can't do a damn tre!

sorry for the amount of dicks on these forums, but i bleive that your problem lies in that you using your front foot in a different flicking motion for the fs flips etc and that you have gotten used to using your foot like that, while for the tre flips you flicked in a different motion, so i guess its just really finding the correct motion for both of your feet again...

i hope this actually helped

Well, he's asking us what the **** is going on. He lost his tricks supposively. How am I suppose to know what's wrong? He didn't say shit. Just that he lost them. I don't even think he ever even had them.

Excuse the quality.

Yeah, I didn't elaborate much, I was pissed, so here it is.
1. The nose hits during the Tre.
2. I get the spin, not the flick.

Get off the internet and practice. There's pretty much no way we can help you. Just... Stop complaining about "losing your tricks". There's way too much discussion about it.

Ok fellas, here's the ROT (Rule of Thumb) for future threads like this. If you can't help...don't comment that you can't help, and definetly don't be a smart ass if you do decide to comment. SkaterFTF...I feel ya man, but there's no need for it. Explination why not needed or wanted.

Peace.

I know that there probably isn't a way to help other than practice, but anybody have an idea? I've been practicing a few hours a day on souly tres.

Hours on tres. You're not landing them each time, which is going to make you more impatient each time. Not a good way to learn/relearn tricks.

Don't worry, you will get both varials and tres back sooner or later. Just play with the feet positioning, timing, etc.
