Well, first off a russian boneless is a lip trick in which you do a boneless, step through and then you're doing a boneless with the other foot. Beanplants are like a boneless, but with your front hand. I find them easier, but that's because I'm goofy and right handed. Beanplant goes like this.

Get some speed.
Reach down with your front hand and grab the board just above the wheel.
Remove your front foot.
When you do that, the board should pop up. After the tail hits, lift up with your hand.

It takes coordination.
