How do you know?

How do you know when you board is watter logged? I think mine might be, dunno yet. But I skate to skool and it was supposed to rain today, so my mom said she wasa gonna pick me up if it rained. Skool's over and gues what? NO PARENTS! I had to skate home in the fricken rain. My grip tape was soaked and the bottom of my board was also. I just have this really bad feeling its waterlogged. So how do you know if it is?

Well some decks can withstand a couple times getting wet. You'll know if you board feels heavier and softer. It might have some waves too. Also when it dries out chipping will start.

Waterlogged boards also bend a LOT more than normal ones

they feel like soggy . the pop doesnt feel normal its not a loud pop its sounds soft when you ollie and stuf

throw it grip tape side down at the ground a few good times to help it dry out some of the water.
