well, my friend Alex was over at Wilson Skate Park,(in Chicago) and he was talking to one of the guys that works at Wilson's Yard skate Shop, and he likes the way he skates, and wanted to know if he wanted to get sponcerd, he said "that's cool and all, but i got my own team, and i don;t wanna leave them" so the guy said, "okay then, pick 5 or 6 guys on the teams, and i'll give them spocner too" and i'm so effing lucky, because i'm one of the 6!! the only thing is, no parks, only the 8 set at Wilson!!

This story seems somewhat far- fetched because who tells a kid to choose 5 or 6 kids from an unestablished team for him to sponsor? You could be able to barely ollie but your telling me a skate- shop is going to sponsor you? Kids at my local skatepark make up their own teams all the time yet I wouldn't sponsor them. I could be completely wrong, maybe you are getting sponsored, but please explain the situation in more detail.

Word, I'm with DGK on this one. It doesn't seem like what any sponsor would do unless they've seen everyone on your team skate or your friend is pro material but even then they wouldn't want to sponsor anyone else except him.
