View Full Version : Should I get a new board?

My current board is still good, but Im not entirely sure. Ill describe it since my camera is F***ed up

Bolts:
They are all rusted but they still hold fine.

Kingpins:
Rusted.

Griptape:
There are alot of pieces of it missing off the front and back of the board.

Front and back:
Pieces of griptape missing as I said earlier. The front has alot of wood broken off. about 20%. Back wood is starting to chip.

Wheels:
Logo worn out. Spin for about 4 seconds when I push them as hard as I can.

Trucks:
I dont see anything wrong with them besides a little rust.

Deck:
ALOT of the paint is missing. nuff said.

You be the judge. Should I get a new board

did u leave the board out in the rain?or did u skate in the rain?or spill sumin on it?

I do skate in the rain, but I cant member ever leaving it out or spilling sumthin on it. Ive had it for 1 year.

If your wheels only spin for 4 seconds, you need some new bearings.

From what im hearing you need a whole new setup. Chipped deck, sucky ass bearings, your afraid of the logo gone, and rust. Yep go to mom or dad and say yep mom I need a new one.
