I skated all day yesterday 'n' my legs hurt from the knee up. Its unbareable. I can barely bend down to do an ollie. Is this normal?

Unless you dont get out or exercise much but after this time go skating again and it most likely wont happen because they are used to it now. But yeah I guess its normal.

If you're unbearable pain, obviously it'll be more difficult to ollie.

But I do exercise. I run cross country. In fact I have a meet tommorow.

No Im not i started running cross country a month ago and my legs dont hurt as bad after cross county as they do skateboarding.

that happened to me the first time i ever skated. now i skate like 8 hrs a day and my legs dont do that. well unless i dont drink enuff water or eat or anything.

Actually it could be that the muscles used for running are probably different for thes ones used for skating. But idk just skate again and if it happens again mabey limit your hours of skating.

Keep skating, and get in shape, and the pain will go away. =)
It happens, and it sucks, but the payoff is worth it.
