So symapathise and dont make fun of this shit, it's serous and i can't skate any of my great spots anymore without getting in trouble. Next time it happens i get a ticket to court.

That sucks. I was skating at the elementary school yesterday. I check to make sure the parking lot is empty before I skate there.

my favorite skatepark was gated up for some reason im not sure..they werent doing ne thing so me and my friends jumped it and skated it cuz there were a bunch of kids skating it already..we didnt get caugth but the next day we wanted to skate it agian so we did...the park police came...and they didnt give us a card or ne thing..the first thing was a ticket to court..but they dropped my charges so i didnt have to go.

in the end dude, you got what you deserve, trespassing and distruction of property is illegal, and there is something called a three strikes law or whatever that they can even send you to jail for something stupid like stealing a stick of gum and getting caught three times.

next time, ****ing run or something if you want to keep skating that spot, and dont worry, you most likely wont get sent to juvi anyways

Pretty much most of the cops in my city are bent, so you have to give them a show and entertain them to not get in trouble. They act like gods because their too afraid to even go to the ghetto and have nothing else to do.

Well, if you happen to get another ticket it shouldn't be too bad. once you get sent to court (if you do, that is) just explain to the judge all you were doing was skating. Something similiar happened with me, except not skating. I was taggin' graffiti downtown at an underground walk-way and some chodes saw me I guess and gave the cops a heads up. Before I could run away they caught me and I had a court date too. I explained to the Judge that I simply needed a way to express myself. At first he had no sympathy, and then he realized I was being truthful and let me go, but told me if I must do graffiti PERIOD, do it on my own property or at least another place that allows it.

So all you simply have to do is tell the Judge you skated there because you're trying to stay out of trouble, or some other random BS reason. Anything works on the BS Judges we have these days, well the small time ones anyways.
