I need to download a video card for Windows 2000 (XP) because i can't play any games :mad: what card should i get and where from?

I don't know if you MEANT to say "download"...but a videocard is actually a "card"...not a program.....you have to buy one, and it doesn't depend on you OS (Windows 9x, Windows 2000, Windows Xp, Linus, etc.)....it depends on your motherboard. First, you have to know if it's a AGP or a PCI, then you have to know if your actual videocard is inboard or extern....the fact that you can't play videogames isn't necessarely related to your videocard, your ammount of Mhz and RAM on your computer actually makes the difference too. I could help if I had your computer specs.....

They do cost alot to, so my advice is to get the latest Direct X, from Microsoft to make sure to have their latest "downloadable" grpahics enhancer

i dunno, but the game says that i need DirectX 8.1, whick i downloaded, and a video card that supported TnL. I have A 3 month old Compaq, the like second newest model.

then maybe it's just your videocard drivers that aren't up to date....download the lastest from your videocard's manifacturer's website.
