well isnt it ironic how many rumors there were that he had died of mosquito bites, snakes, and he denied it all and now hes really dead.
plus he probably died the way he wanted to. the most radical, wildest crazy way.

Damn that really really sucks :( Everyones dying now days. And he died the gayest way for him. You'd think he'd die fighting a ****en croc or something but he stepped on a damn stringray and was unlucky to somehow get hit in the heart

Cute_sk8er grow the **** up.
He didn't stand on it, he was filming a new documentry and stingrays aren't the nicest of all creatures. Pretty much it stabbed him with it's poisoned barbed tail but it's more the fact it's 20 cms long than the poison. Only one other person has died from a stingray and that was in 1945.

I don't care what anyone thinks, the guy was a legend.
I've always thought he was cool, even if he did do some radical stunts. He was his own person, didn't exactly care what people thought of him. That's why I loved him. He told the world about wildlife that only locals to the location had known about. Brought Australia onto the map. Represented Australia. Was almost a mascot, and most of all entertained millions.
I had to hit some people who were being self centred twats in school today, taking the piss. But RIP Steve, I'll mis ya.

Oh, you're so much more than a cunt. I would normally sink down to your pathetic level and wish death upon YOUR father, but I'm not like that. I'm better than you in everyway. So with that, I wish death upon YOU!
Anyway, I heard about it the moment I woke up this morning. It totally ruined my day. I shed a few tears...it's beyond words what his wife and children must be feeling.

Ya, I just heard about it on the news. The funny thing is, I knew about him since I was like, a toddler yet up until this point never really knew his real name. I just addressed him as "The crocidile hunter". I heard on the news he died of a freak accident. He swam over a giant stingray and the tail just happened to move up at the time and caught him right at the heart. The venom wouldn't have done anything much to him cause the venom isn't strong but the tail would have cause a bit of damage. If the tail struck like, his arm, he would still be alive :-11:. Instead it struck his heart.
Steve Irwin, we respect you. R.I.P

Whoever ****ing says that it was "about time", or anything like that, you're a ****ing prick. CUTE_SK8R, you're the worst. I now dislike you beyond all imaginable dislike (hate is too strong a word, even for this bitch). That's ****ing sick to laugh at something like this. Sure, many knew that there was a chance that something like this would happen, but it was definitely noy "about time". MattC, I know that you were trying to say that it was sort of obvious that a thing like this might happen eventually, so I forgive you. Steve was a hero and his death will affect people across the globe. I dunno why, but it makes me want to be a zoologist. I mean I've wanted to be one before, but now, for some reason... Rest in Peace, steve, you will be missed. :(

Stop ****ing mourning over one guy who played with animals... and start worrying about shit that actually matters. Like the thousands of people who die everyday fighting in pointless wars or from poverty and hunger. There are thousands of worse things going on in the world right now. I'm not gonan take time out of my day to mourn for a guyt who had an annoying accent.

So if your parents or relatives die would you just be like "Ah well, there's worst things happening". If someone you love even if you barely know them dies your going to be sad. Steve Irwin was a great person in my opinion and i'm going to close this thread before more people can cause arguments. If you don't care don't post.

yeah he sticks his head in crocs jaws, wrestles Crocs, teases some of the most poisonous and aggressive snakes ever..and to get killed by accidentally scaring a sting ray...what a freak accident
its the times that are most dangerous, is when you pay most attention, when you wont get hurt, but its when you think nothin of an easy situation, when things go bad

I personally think the guy was mentally retarded and had a death coming very soon anyway what with the 'crocs'andall that jazz.
BUT in my eyes, he will be sorely missed, he may be dumb but he was also a genius.

A great guy, who should have worn sun-screen, to block out harmful rays. (sorry couldn't resist) But seriously, he was a great guy, he was too good for this world.
