What fish eye lens should I get? Either the Kenko .43x Fisheye Lens or the Raynox .3x Fisheye Lens. I'm leaning more towards the Kenko because I haven't heard anything bad about them, and they're only $50.
I'd just like to get someone's input on them before I make a purchase though. ;)

im getting the kenko, ive heard nothing but bad things about the raynox lenses so id recommend you get the kenko lens too (make sure you get the correct filter thread diameter or a step up/step down ring)

you know my opinion sean, i've read up ALOT on lenses and kenko seems to be the best lense for the price, unless you have $700 dollars to spend on a century .3 :D
i've heard that raynox can have quite a bit of vignetting and they blur when you zoom.

theres only one problem about kenko its fisheyes unless u have a very steady hand, the lens more likely the glass jiggles i know this beacuse every time my friend films with it jiggle. but ya get the kenko if u got nice steady hands thats what im getting.and first try the brand of the company camcorder you have thats if the company has fisheyes unlike my camcorder its a dvl520 jvc mini dv jvc doesnt make fisheys so im ethier getting a sony or a kenko fisheye. here is a good link for lenses

triskateboard...tell your friend to cut off his 'steady shot', that makes the lense seem to 'jiggle' cut that off and you should be rid of the problem
